Little Daylight

This was a fun fantasy project that I DP’d and operated on. Written and directed by Sarah Tan (who was one of my students at the time), most of this project was shot on RED EPIC, the night exteriors were shot under a full moon with the A7S2. We allowed moonlight to set our base exposure and then augmented for mood and shape with Quasar Science tubes at 3%. Some scenes were so dark in real life that when I looked up from the monitor to the set I couldn’t see anything but darkness!
