Shot on Arri Amira in Signal Mountain, TN, most of the light in the scene comes from an Arri M40 with various levels of diffusion applied across the beam. I love using large hard sources for daylight effects and selectively diffusing as needed. Controlling window ratios is something I take particular pride in when scenes feature window walls like this. Another technique on display here is the use of polarizers to control the saturation level of skin tones. I was the DP, CAM OP, and colorist.
